Also have the original receipt - sold for $61.35 but will keep that private. The inner and outer boxes, hangtag, brochure and warranty are intact. I blocked out the last 3 digits of the movement serial.

I know there are some skeptics out there - watch has not been opened. You can ask @Spacefruit about the condition if you'd like - he has handled the watch in person.
That's fabulous and the pics are great. At the same time, it's a little sad - just sitting there in that box - like a beautiful car that's never turned a wheel on a public road!

That's why I wear this chocolate dial 2998-1 instead.

Perfect answer. I'm afraid there's a whiff of envy this end!

Is a watch from 1988 allready vintage? The booklet is stamped 1995 but the serial number tells it's made in 1988.

Awesome rarities shared in this thread - congrats to the owners - simply wow ! 👍

Here's my minty "Ultraman" 145.012-67 SP with serial matching papers :

The extract from Omega archives confirms delivery to the USA.

Have to find a box of that time and the set is full 😟

This Waltham Colonial will be 80 years old in 2017. No papers, but I have the original box, cardboard shell, and linen sachet, marked

for the 14 karat gold case manufacturer, Keystone. The watch was presented to an employee of the Winnipeg Paint & Wallpaper Co. In 1937, on the 25th anniversary of the recipient's employment. I very much doubt the watch has ever been used!

1989 145.022 I picked up a couple of week ago from the original owner.
Looks great and I really like this particular style of box/papers. Dial is lovely: am I right to think the hands are service replacements?
