As above I’d recommend the standard red Omega box for vintage watches with a leather strap.

I think any of the above would be possible, except for the silver box. Those were sold only with the top of the line Centenary and later, with the 18K Constellation DeLuxe.

Mine is a solid 18k 2690SC SEAMASTER and with a solid 18k screw on back plate , not sure the year and have already ordered a extraction of archival from omega( not sure even they will find anything in their museum books )

Mine, also from Italy I think, I'd say 70s, Quartz ?
I would say no, the Omega boxes used for quartz model had “Quartz” written somewhere.

Still trying to figure this one out. Coat of Arms looks like Mermaid of Warsaw, simbol of town Warsaw and we all know about Wempe. Must be some kind of commemorative edition. 😕

An amazing thread – some great information. I have dug out mine to add.

My MC came from Germany with its original box. Very pleased with that.

The Constellation box still has its outer cover. I like the credit receipt / shows someone really wanted the watch and worked to pay it off.

The light blue / grey lined box is missing the watch roll. Could have been a Speedmaster box maybe.

The last box is from the Mexico Olympics issues I think (1968).

I picked this up for $20 yesterday. Needed a box for a seamaster so was on the look out. Not really what I wanted but got it anyway. Can’t find much information except for a photo on the omega website that says it’s from 1937. Metal box construction and in pretty good condition. I’m guessing the case material is real lizard/snakeskin but wondering how best to restore it.

The earliest Seamaster was made in 1948. The box is likely from around that time, maybe a bit later.

Not sure what that picture is all about.

Omega UK2292 6 watch delivery box (I guess) from 1943. Quite a fancy box for delivering to the UK military, if that is what it is, can it be anything else? There are no military stores markings on it.

Based on watches i have in what look like the same boxes, im going to say left hand box is a Speedmaster 145.022 from around mid to late 70's. The centre box looks to bbe missing its horizontal mount and looks like a Speedmaster 105.003-64 to 145.012 to approx 1968/9. Last one on the right i'm not too sure.
