Please do expand, what complications were they? Was it to do the CB and the HF cases?
By the way the patina on your watch is amazing, such a deep and rich shade the markers have turned into.

The watch has a HF mid case and a CB case-back, both in superb condition. It’s puzzling, but I’ve heard that years ago people didn’t pay attention to the difference... it’s a mystery.
But, now the seller and myself are on the lookout for either a mint 105.012-66 HF case-back or CB mid case. Obviously, it would be easier and less expensive to simply replace the case-back.
That’s when you know you’ve gone too far down the rabbit hole!!
