Why do you cover up the individual number? There are no forging of these watches and it probably never will. As you might have seen in this thread:
https://omegaforums.net/threads/for-those-interested-in-swedish-military-watches.34221/#post-385735
there is a list of the known examples.

I would understand covering up a "normal" serial and I have done that myself earlier (not anymore though). These SWAF watches are made in aprox. 400 pieces. I would guess there is no problem...

Think if you had of seen how much @styggpyggeno1 had contributed in he's link you would notice he is one of the good guys with a wealth of information shared here.

@crl848
Your watch could be the one with the highest confirmed issued number so it would be of great value to many of us if you would like to share this with us so the list can be updated 😀

Well fwiw it is on that list. Acquired a few years ago from MWR, not a barn find I'm afraid.

it was very damage, case in 18 kt gold with a lot of impacts, and movement very dirty.

Very nice indeed!
Cal 3600 automatic. In-house Lemania design. Basis is the cal 3000 HW which again is based on the cal S27 basis. Robust and well designed with Breguet spiral and full rotor winding.
For those interested you will see that the movement shares the unique "catch device" for the hairspring.

This is a "Lemania only" design feature you will recognize from the Omega/Lemania cal 320/321.

I have a catalog from 1956, but the ref is not listed. If you provide a serial number I could try to make a qualified guess on age.

You can also see this device on some Lip R25.

Hi,
Do you have some pictures of an R25 with the device?
I know there has been some ex Yugoslavia cold war era movements that copied the feature.

This device is actually pretty rare on R 25. The one I have shown is a high quality version from a 18K gold watch.

The two calibers looks very similar indeed!

As many others, I Lip calibers have been copied in USSR. What is less usual is that Lip woked with the USSR and sold several copirights, technics and even sent people to train Soviet engineers. A short story here (but it is in French): http://watchesz.free.fr/mfa/lip_au_pays_des_soviets.htm

That could pretty well explain the likeness of those two calibers.
