Most importantly... with 2026 at the horizon (118 days...)

Are the Harry Potter MDH - Most Detailed Hogwarts sets going to create the whole enigmatic castle ... ?

Summer holiday builds - Boy 1 and I did Barad Dur and Boy 2 and I did Rivendell… not that I got much of look-in…. They are now glaring at each other from opposite sides of the room (the sets, not the boys). Both were fun, have lots of surprises and are surprisingly beautiful

I wish I had room for those! We're busting at the seams around here and my wife is threatening to veto future Legos and collectibles until we do some major decluttering 😬

You might like seeing this lego model at the Intrepid museum in NYC

Been there. I started stashing duplicate modulars for investment too. What kept it sane was a one‑in/one‑out rule and rotating a few in a glass cabinet to dodge dust. I part out finished sets into bins and do quick MOCs with my kid. Sold a couple sealed boxes to fund the next build.

Side note: if anyone’s facing the real kind of addiction in the family, I found helpful, no pressure guidance when supporting a relative. You can visit Abbeycare Foundation online for straight info on supervised detox, rehab options and aftercare.

Unfortunately(or fortunately?) I have no one to stop me. 140+ built sets on display right now.

I like the jumper on the Space minifigure with the new Christmas Tree set. 😎
I won't be a buyer at AU$500 though. ☹

The new Enterprise will be a must have. For now here is the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy. It's on my coffee table.

Busy with the LEGO Apollo LRV - Lunar Rover Vehicle ( set 42182 )
Black Friday deal at Euro 120.00... so why not ?
A bit annoyance as I can't build the main antenna as 3 black pieces 4109810 were missing, in fact 3 black pieces 6279875 pieces too much in the whole box... pieces ordered...
Temporary display:

That's a nice one, you can see mine sometimes in the background of my WRUW posts. I have all of the NASA/ESA sets so far.

Never really looked at Lego, not something I had growing up

Then my youngest asked me to watch Lego Ninjago with her. Multiple seasons (series) later, lil blocks abound. Did not know what I was missing! Great way to bond, building with the kids too 😀

Ninjago is fun! We have several of the dragons taking up all the space on our display shelves.
