Legit check please: OMEGA SEAMASTER 300m

Local guy is selling a OMEGA SEAMASTER 300m. I’m still a novice and can’t spot a fake yet. Is it real and how much is it worth with out papers and boxes? Not sure what the blurry disk is but I’m assuming it’s the serial number 80197772

Model 2055.80. Superficially Looks legit and I don’t think those were faked a lot but those photos aren’t great. Check it has serial numbers on both the lug and movement and that they match.

Check the bracelet carefully. Those are faked quite a lot. It could also be similar model 2255.80 with a swapped in Bond bracelet.

ps regarding value, it’s much easier if you tell us what the asking price is. Else with the info I’ve given you, check eBay sold listings.

Well in general these fetch a little less the similar 2531 Auto Bond or 2254 models but that doesn't sound bad to me assuming it is running OK. Looking at your previous threads, it's the best watch you have posted so far.

Yep. 1998 or very very late 1997

There were no tritium examples at all.
