There is a lot of crystal distortion there, so 'swiss' is tough to tell.
I've got one uncased in my repair queue right now. In a bit rougher shape, but very similar to the one above, and in, what I believe to be, authentic shape.

I don't have a good feel for the value. TBH, I perhaps overpaid for mine ($900) as a barely-runner/losing a few mins a day. One thing to note: see if you can get them to 'wear' it for a bit to get it to 'charge' up near the top of the gauge. Also, see how 'low' the charge can get before it stops working. Mine won't run until ~11 on the dial, I suspect, if in good shape, it should still run pretty low into the red on the gauge.

TBH, you might consider finding a replacement dial. I see a ton of them on Ebay for sub-$200 (depending on the condition you want, as low as $10!).

One oddity (among many) of the US market LeCoultre Futurematics is that all cal. 497 dials will fit all cal. 497 cases, and almost all possible combinations of dial and case were used by LeCoultre.
A cal. 8X7 porthole dial and movement set will also fit all the cases for the U.S. watches.
Buying an original dial for these is not nearly as difficult as getting one for a far more common model line like an Omega Seamaster.
