·Sitting in my yard waiting for my brisket to reach the desired temp (been 5 hrs so far in the smoker) decided to take a few pics of the watch I waited 5 months for. Oh and here's the brisket.

I have a car that still has naked thermocouples embedded in the carburetors from when I need to cure it of carb icing in 1984.
