Could you post a couple of clear pics of the watch showing the caseback?

No I'm sorry, I've been trying but it's beyond me. The watch is a monobloc construction so you can't get in through the back and I can't see how to get in through the front. With my automatic Dynamic you blow the glass out with air through the crown stem hole but I can't get the crown off on this one.

Do you know the reference number or model of the watch?

Thanks for taking the time Jim. Dynamic 1426 is engraved on the back under the seamaster logo. Also I had a look on line and found one the same except for the bracelet, they described it as being model #1960301.

If it's a 196.0301 it has a snap on or press on caseback.
It doesn't have a split stem, you can't pull the stem and pop it off with air.
You need to look around the edge of the caseback for a very small gap, usually opposite the crown if it's been installed the right way.
If it hasn't't been put back on in the correct orientation previously the gap may be in a different position and hard to see.

Ideally you need either:

A proper caseback tool to remove it.

Or a competent watchmaker.

Although............

The Omega Vintage Database indicates a screw in caseback. But it's possible they've confused the bracelet ring with the caseback (the OVDB isn't always accurate).

It would help a lot if you had a photo of the caseback.
