Trick or treat. A ladies dynamic franken fantasy

Since it is Halloween. I thought it would be a good time to see how the 671 movement fits into the spare ladies Geneve dynamic case I got the dial and hands for.

I think it looks quite nice. The crown is wrong and I do not have the case clamps for it yet. I also do not have strap or strap mounting ring.

I noticed that the sweep hand counterpoise tends to bind. I think that may be an issue with the Moldavian watch as well.

Eventually I should find a movement for this and put the 161.014 back together. Although I do find the stains on the square dial distracting.

The red dial has the double T for tritium. I thought it might be a repaint, but I shined a black light on it and it only glows for a few seconds. On the other hand it looks like someone went to the trouble to replace the dial feet. It is a gorgeous dial and I was lucky to find it.

While red and gold are not really my colors, I am sort of warming up to this. (pun intended.)
