Kosher dial or not?

Hi, quite like this watch but unsure about the dial.
Would really appreciate your views on the dial, please. I'm just not sure if this isn't a redial?

Sub-dial rings look a bit smaller then the dishes, and the tachy scale at the start looks a bit off.

No way to tell though without a decent pic.

Try to get closer in natural light and use the macro mode on your camera.

And if your using a phone to take the pics, call somebody who uses a camera.

Thank you for your speedy replies, guys.
Redials are a real turnoff for me so I'll pass on this one.
Here's another shot to better show the case. It has been polished no doubt about that but had the dial been original I would have considered buying this piece as the price is actually quite attractive and I was considering this watch as kind of a "vintage-chrono-beater"...
