Can someone date/verify this King Seiko box

Supposedly this is a King Seiko box. Could someone confirm/date/etc. based on the photos? Thanks.

The manual was surely made before 1970. Funnily it says the watch is waterproof and even mentions washing it in tap water after swimming with it. Hilarious 😁
