Just received my Extract of the Archive

Hi all,
I just received my Extract of the Archive (fyi it took 20 days between the order and the digital delivery) and got a couple of questions.
1. Production date = date the watch left the factory (ready to sell)
2. Delivered to = country to which the watch was shipped
3. The watch could be sold locally much later (presumably in the country where it was shipped)

Am I right ?

correct

there are instances of watches that languish in a dealer’s stock for years before selling

as for there being little doubt that it ultimately sold in the country to which it was distributed, that seems roughly correct. it is possible of course some dealers swapped stock between countries before ultimately achieving sale, but unlikely (or unimportant) enough to ignore

I got this extract for a Tissot.

Invoice to the AD in 1975... registered as sold in 1982....
I guess the Quartz crisis and seventies economic malaise not helping.....
