Jumbo 1940s Omega with pontife hands

Just bumping this to see if any experts can shed light on whether this is 2097 or 2168 based on the fact this is housing a 30T2? Also a bonus pic 😀

Okay final update through my own research I have finally found how to differentiate these two cases, that on face value appear to be the same. It comes down to one thing - all 2097 cases appear not to have had spring bar holes, whereas the 2186 does have spring bar holes on every example I have seen. So therefore, as mine has the holes, mine must be a 2186 - mystery solved and it was in plain sight!
