·Thank you! Yes I will research and learn more. It is on the smaller side and has a dust over over the movement. Other than my wedding band it’s the only gold I’ve ever had so I feel a bit like Gollum with it right now. 😁

·I gave one similarly sized to my wife, she has it on a chain and wears it periodically as a necklace. Only problem is when she leans forward it swings like a pendulum so she needs to remember to hold it.

·Well I was able to get the #1 choice to fit. Kid really wanted a gold watch. He was actually very upset that he couldn’t have the pocket watches. Most of the watches won’t go small enough for a 5 year old. This one actually went too small and I had to move it out a bit. Of course I never have the right battery size so I need to order 3 sizes for all 3 watches I looked at even though I have about 8-10 sizes on hand. Now my 5 year old is wearing a gold Timex DateJust and I’m pretty excited about it. 😗

As for the pocket watch thing…. Go for it, so long as you don’t look self conscious, be confident and take it in your stride, you’ll carry it off.
Remember in this strange modern age we live in most everyone else reaches into their pocket for a damned phone to tell the time, so you’ll look cool whipping out a dedicated instrument to tell the time and it looks much classier than a black plastic box!

·I think I may be that guy who rocks the pocket watch when I wear a suit. 😁 I don’t know how else to pull it off though. I feel like a guy my age whipping out a pocket watch is a bit strange and pretentious. But also, I care less and less what others think each day that goes by.
Vintage Pendleton above. Looks smart with grey trousers and a button down Oxford and not in the least bit pretentious.

Not sure I’ll make a habit of the pocket watch. Just for fun sometimes. But yes, very good advice.

·Jeans work, on my Wranglers there is a dedicated watch pocket….it says so in the lining

·I know y’all are probably tired of hearing from me, but hey, it’s better than arguing about what jokes somebody can tell on a watch forum.
Upon delivery… “You’re going to kill me…” I’m actually super excited because I can start tinkering and not feel too bad about ruining this stuff. Bunch of Bulovas, a couple Zeniths, couple Elgins, and a Longines among others. About 6 runners. The Bulovas are nice and make up most of the runners. I’ve really hit the jackpot indeed. 😁

But yes (or should that be butt yes?) Everybody needs a bum watch I’m guessing you wear it on the end of a buttplug as it has no lugs which is no doubt a desirable feature if you’re shoving it up your bum hole!
