My first bracelet experience with Rolliworks. I began searching for a bracelet appropriate for my new 1016, and found a 7836/380 the correct age, but in fairly rough shape. The clasp wouldn't stay closed, lots of stretch and wear and tear.
I sent it off a little over 3 weeks ago and a few days later I received an email with a cost estimate along with a single question:
"In regards to polishing what are your requirements? On a scale of 1-10 (10 being band new) where do you want polish work to land?"

I responded with a few photos of the watch and suggested a 9/10 to match the condition of my 1016...fast forward nearly 3 weeks and today it arrived back home. and its perfect! almost like brand new. Clasp is solid now, and it looks as good as my 1016...literally a perfect match. It's like magic.

Great experience...I will use them again.

I just bought a 114270 with a D serial (so from either 2005 or 2006) that the original owner had restored by Rolliworks prior to selling. It honestly looks brand new. They clearly do top-notch work. Here is a picture of my watch that Rolliworks posted on their Instagram:

Good to know, I’ve been seriously deferring major maintenance on a 1982 93150.
