·I can't comment on the watch, however, is it just the photos, or is the dial on these two very different? There is the same blemish at 5'oclock but a lot of the dial "patina" is missing from the first photo?

·I won't comment on value, but you have to know that this watch was made for the French market with a French gold case and not a Swiss case.
If you want to resell it, it will be difficult to get your money back especially with such a dial.
