Watch companies are often represented by wholly owned subsidiaries of the manufacturer, or by an agent in some countries. Catalogs often show only core watches that will be available while the catalog is current. Some core models may be shown in successive catalogs, until the style is discontinued. Not every model a watch company produces will show up in every catalog in every country where the line is sold. Watches that are not core models, or otherwise have a short life expectation, or might be produced to suit the tastes of a particular region may never be shown in catalogs. In other words, these catalogs simply are never totally conmprehensive. You likely will never see the subject watch in an Omega catalog. As to the case. Before I comment on what it is made of, I would prefer to see much better pictures of the marks inside the case back. If the markings indicate 14-karat gold, the case was not likely made in Switzerland. The mechanism is Omega. I find it odd that a karat gold case would have a plated bracelet.
