It’s normal to lose time ( -15 sec ) ?

Good evening! Is it normal for my Omega to lose -15 seconds? I mention that when I set it, I started it from the crown, about 15 maximum rotations, and since then I haven't worn it ... Is this the reason why it loses so much? That I didn't wear it to fully charge? I haven't worn it since I started wearing the crown.

When you first put on that watch, you should wind it a heck of a lot more. I run my index finger along the bottom of the crown from fingertip to the joint closest to the knuckle, and I count that as a "wind", which will be perhaps ten revolutions of the crown.

I do this 60 times.

This all but guarantees that the watch is fully wound. Then I wear it to bed but not in the shower, to make sure it stays fully wound.

If your watch is losing 15 seconds a day after that, there's something wrong. At the least, it probably requires service.

oh ... I've spun it around a maximum of 15 times, and I haven't worn it at all since then ... so I understand that's the "problem" from here?
And after all, how many times does it have to be winded to fully charge? I mean 360 rotations.

yes, that is the problem. You never fully wound the watch, then never wore it to let the auto-mechanism charge it up (I assume this is an automatic), so there is only a little energy in the mainspring.

wind it 50 or so times (360 degrees) and you will ensure it is fully wound. But if you don’t wear it for several days, it will run down and you need to wind it up again.

I understand, yes it's an automatic. But is there a possibility of over-wind if you wind it more than 50 times, or does it have a protection?

It has protection. You can't over-wind.
