·Just picked up an mk40 (3520.53) with the tritium lume. The patina from the tritium lume and the hour/5min markers that are all the same length with thicker 5 min markers seems right but the bezel looks better than almost any mk40’s I’ve seen for sale. Possibly replaced?
I’m new to omegas but does anyone see any red flags. I’m officially a guinea pig for eBays new authenticity guaranty service so my watch is currently being inspected. There was a lot of doubt from this site around this process. Curious to get more than 1 opinion.

·This nightmareish thing popped up in an ebay email alert earlier for a Buy It Now £200 + £5 postage. Even I know that this one is all over the place. It was listed as a 'broken omega watch'. Somebody snapped it up pretty quickly as it is now showing as sold. The caseback says Broad Arrow on it but the hands are baton hands. The bracelet clasp says Seamaster Professional on a Speedy. The numbers on the bezel change orientation half way round and the lume blob to the left of the 3 at the top of the dial is off centre. Seller also mentions that the battery may just need changing! Nasty...
