Hi, I'm a newbie to the forum and to omega watches. I did some research and couldn't find any case or dial similar to this one. Also couldn't find a similar mechanism but still wanted to ask. Is this watch authentic?

Fake, I'd recommend the sticky thread as it shows some easy to spot things.
Apart from the obvious bad dial, Omega never used the "anti-magnetic" on the dials, in some cases it was "non-magnetic". The other obvious thing is the movement.
