Is this Tudor Submariner fake?

Hello guys,

Sorry to barge in with this topic, I hope you don't mind discussing Tudor subs. I have found this for sale and wondering if it's a fake or genuine (except the dial which is for sure a refinished one).

Too wide inside the bezel, probably to help keep movement centered. Not authentic.
