Hi, I'm quite new with vintage Omega's and I have my eye on this Seamster but I have no idea what kind of bid I should do. What do you think of the originality of the watch? And what would be a decent price? It is listed for €575. I do not have pictures of the back and the movement yet but I have asked for those. He says the watch is unpolished.
Thanks in advance for the help!

The back does not have the Seamaster logo, is that correct?

The watch looks original and unpolished. It is a mid 1950s watch. For further determination of the age you have to see the serial number inside.

If the price is fair, depends on the condition of the movement. If that's fine, I think the price is not bad.

You should have in mind that the movement might need a service.

Thanks a lot! Do you think the hands are original as well? They look so smooth to me.

Thanks! What year do think this one is from? And do you think €575 is a fair price?

That is an answer you need to decide for yourself.
