Is this a fake vintage seamaster? I noticed that the S in Seamaster does not look like the typical coat hanger hook. Thank you for looking.

Hi BlackTalon, My name is Eric. Very new to omega and vintage watches and interested in making my first entry. Love the old seamaster look but want to make sure I am not getting scammed! Watch seems authentic and a decent daily wearer to me. I've dealt with closer0924 before and he's a good guy.

That's a nice watch and not expensive. One might turn up cheaper from a private seller but for a dealer the price is very fair. Obviously there are dispatch and customs costs to allow for but this would be a good first watch, and the "peace of mind" premium is acceptable here IMO.
