Is this Seamaster authentic?

Hello! There is a Seamaster 300m that I am interested in bidding on in an auction, but I am unsure of the legitimacy of this watch - no information on the card apart from 'Ben Bridge' as well as whether it is a full-size or mid-size or any other information like value?
