·Looking at this 6246 Explorer style dial and wanted to know if it’s authentic. The size is 32mm so that may discourage me, but this is my favorite Rolex dial style. All opinions welcome. Thanks.

I messaged the seller and waiting for a response on the dial, movement photo and confirmation of the case size as I’ve seen some 6246 references listed at 34mm.
I’ve already purchased two watches in the last week so part of me hopes it’s 32mm.

·I'm not familiar with this specific reference, but just looking at the overall condition of the dial, the look of the lume, the quality of the printing, the white instead of gilt printing, etc., I think it's overwhelmingly likely to be a fake or refinished dial. I'm happy to be proven wrong if you find other examples that are similar.

I echo all of this. Swiss dial during that period would indicate radium lume, and I’ve never seen radium age to that color. I’d stay far away from this one.
