Is this eBay DSOM fake?

Hi all

I just managed to report this item although I have to say E-Bay are really not making it easy to do as the best I could report it for was illegal activity and you can't do anything other then select from 3 options in drop down menus. They don't even allow a short message to describe the problem so not sure how they will know I am reporting a fake item and if it will have any effect but at least i tried.

Update

Tried again and found a better option don't know how I missed it the first time anyway have now reported it as a fake but they only give you a small number of letters to leave a message with, hope this has a better result in getting it removed.

I, too, managed to report the item on eBay. Though I did it through my national eBay site, not the .com;
Hope someone does not get screwed here.

Think they pulled it, yesterday it had 16 bids on it.
It was ended not seeing a winning bid against it.
Reported that listing last night as well

ebay is getting quicker - they usually sell before they deal with reported items. OF just saved someone a lot of pain and regret
