Is this dial legit?

Hi, I've been looking for an untouched dial for my seamaster, and I've found this online. I know the quality of the picture is awful (I've asked for better pictures). But can anyone here on the basis of this picture tell whether it's original or not?

What's the tell? To me the coathanger s is 'off'.

Coathanger is off, in general the font is off, Omega and Automatic is too bold, text is not aligned, minut track is weird, no swiss made and the indices I have never seen before - could just be a special dial or could be that this was never originally an Omega dial.

Also, the dial seems to be flat on the table and should to my understanding have dial feet that secures it to the movement (although I am not sure if this goes for all dials).
