Is this Cartier legit?

Hi everyone. I saw this Cartier in a market. I’ve never seen this watch before. It’s gold plated and mechanical. Do you know if it’s a legit one? Thank for your help

Looks like somebody hand wrote Cartier or something to that effect, on the back. I would steer clear of this one

Some genuine Cartier output from the 1970s to 1990s is very low quality indeed. Particularly the Must and so called Pre-Must stuff. I suspect this is legit but the latter.

I’d steer clear too since it looks crappy, but I am 80:20 in favour of it being legit.

I have also seen genuine Cartier watches of equally low quality.
