Cartier Tank Solo Small W5200024 - authentic?

Hi everyone, I’m new here and hoping to get some input from members familiar with Cartier.

I recently bought a pre-owned Tank Solo Small in rose gold, reference W5200024, from a pawn shop’s online store. I have a 30-day return window and would appreciate a second set of eyes before deciding to keep it.

I’ve attached photos of the dial, movement, caseback, crown, hallmarks and buckle. The caseback is marked 3168, and the movement is marked Cartier 157 and “FOUR 4 JEWELS.” Cartier Care recognizes the serial as the correct model and shows a purchase date over a decade ago, though I understand that doesn’t authenticate the physical watch.

I know there are convincing counterfeits of this model, so I’m trying to do my due diligence. I’ve compared the movement with photos of genuine and fake examples online and haven’t spotted an obvious issue, but I’d appreciate a more experienced opinion. Does anything look inconsistent with this reference, or suggest that the movement, dial, case and buckle don’t belong together?

This is a bigger purchase than I’m used to, so I’d like to catch any issues while I can still return it. Happy to provide closer photos of anything that would help.

Thanks for taking a look!
