So this is fake then... ? they said that they have opened it up and certified it. its a legit pawn shop store in sweden.

If it's gold-capped over steel the price isn't crazy.

Edit: it's not gold-capped. It's gold-plated and the plating has worn off the ends of the lugs. It's junk. Potential buyers should first-off look carefully at photos. If a watch is badly damaged, don't even waste your time asking about it.

Not fake, but I think it is gold-plated. If so, it's worth about half the asking price. Par for the course with pawn shops.
