Is this a good deal - is the dail refurbished? Thanks for advice!

Hello, this watch has been offered for sale. I was wondering if this watch is original, and if the dail has been refurbished. Does the mechanism look clean enough? I love the colour of the dail and have not seen this before on a 1957 Seamaster. Would love your opinion and, if possible, an indication for a price. What would be a fair price for this watch? It would appear it has recently been serviced - but the link does not provide a detailed report. Thanks!

Bad redial.
Highly processed photos.
No factual evidence of a service.
Poor condition of movement.

Need I go on?

If you love that dial colour just look around for one that was owned by a chain smoker 😁

The reason this one is pointed out as a (bad) redial is the weight of the text and crosshairs. They're far too heavy!
