Yes UCHI is a Japanese street wear brand.

they also have this one as a part of their Horology Series

The T-shirt is a 'タキメター'.

Are you asking if Speedmaster bezels came with Japanese printing? I don't think so.

I like the first one..... but I worry about London muggers at the best of times so don't want to glow in the dark / neon I might have a decent watch for night time :0)

Exactly. There are so many limited editions, I wouldn't have been surprised if there was such a bezel.
