Is this 145.022 really from the 70’s?

This watch is supposed to have serial number 40322306 and I believe this serial would put it at December 1977. Can that be possible? It looks like a service dial but the bracelet seems wrong too, right?

Stay away.

Even with movement shots, this piece won't be worth much. Virtually everything important has been replaced. The hands, dial, bezel, bracelet are all modern. The caseback even has the laser-etched Omega symbol on the back, so that isn't original too. For all we know the 861 is actually an 1861... 🤔
