Is the dial of this Connie all original?

Hi! I was looking at the photos of a recently purchased Constellation (ref number 14381 6 SC) that I'm yet to receive. So far I identified that the crown is a replacement (check this post). I'm starting to become more familiar with identifying retouched watches which helped me avoid further purchases but I'm still far from the expertise of most people here. I realized that the lume on this watch is placed a bit inconsistently. Specifically, the lume dots on the 12/3/6/9 markers are something I couldn't find on any other model from that period (with or without the same dial pattern). Here are a few examples with a similar dial:

https://database.omegaaddict.com/members/display.php?mode=display&watchID=212

Furthermore, I think the baton markers should have some space at the end to house the lume but from what I can see from the not so good photos that's not the case. Any thoughts?

The lume is right where it's supposed to be in the recess at the end of the markers. Lume at 3, 6, 9 and 12 appears to have been added at some point.

I see. It was a bit hard for my untrained eye to see the lume at the end of the markers from these photos. I'm wondering if the lume dots at the 3/6/9/12 markers are easy to remove or is risking ruining the dial.

Btw the Connie you posted is stunning!

Don’t touch it. Only bad things can happen and it’s hard to see anyway. That dial has lots of aging and patina so it doesn’t really pop out.

Watch back from service now with an original (correct for the case) crystal and a "correctish" crown. Thanks everyone here (and in the other post) for your help! The watch is much prettier in person than in the photos (it's quite hard taking nice photos of yellow-gold shiny watches lol). Shoutout to Norbert (the German watchmaker) for his excellent services.
