Hah, I was wondering what all the drama was about, but this paints a pretty clear picture. A hospitality trainwreck in an age where events have to innovate and adapt or become obsolete.

Ironically, the brands that are now walking out so obstinately embody the same characteristics they are claiming to protest against.
