Never saw one like this. Looks original. What do you think? Redial or legit?

Yes. I agree. But the second picture made me think it could be original. The text and minute markers looks to be fading. My explanation was this can only be done by time.

I think it is due to less-than perfect application.
The overall condition of the item with the slightly moisture damaged hands, polished case and wrong crown doesn't gel with a perfect dial, especially since it is in a colour tone I have never seen on a vintage Omega.

My first scale model car was a Lamborghini Countach which I tried putting together and painting at age 11 or so. The metallic blue colour I chose for it was quite similar to this dial 😁

You have a few of the jumbos, right? Could you do a font comparison?

First: Thats not a reference that I'm familiar with but if you look at the "A" in "Automatic":

From this comparison alone there should be no doubt that this is a redial
(unless there are other 168.001 dial models I didn't find; as stated I'm not familiar with this reference 😉)

I saw that, I have another 168.001 in my watched items that is a redial - on it's 3rd re-list since I started watching it! I have no intention of buying it but interested to see if it sells and for how much!
