As @Peemacgee correctly points out, the buckle I have is the original 18k one that came with the watch. Therefore I am unable to assist you with a serial number in order to buy a new one. Best of luck finding it!

I would like to buy a brand new gold plated omega buckle for my Connie. I know that you can buy a SS version for 50€, and I guess they also have the gold plated version but do not have the part number. Maybe someone have it?
Hi, the gold plated has Omega number 94511601 (16 mm). There is also one with rose gold colour and has the number 94511604.
