Your watch is quite beautiful and we would love to know more. Unfortunately, the information we need is inside the watch.
Please have someone that is skilled with watches carefully open the case and take photos of the mechanical movement and the numbers on the case back.
As mentioned above, the dial has been repainted at some point that lowers the value to collectors but won't prevent you from enjoying it!
