A quick Google search spits out quite a few Omegas with 'Orlogeria Centrale in Addis Abeba' on the dial, they're not identical to your watch but could be a good starting point:

Could be either a 26.5 SOB or 30mm inside. The hands don’t match, one is incorrect, I would say it is the minutes one. The dial looks original on your picture. With pictures of the inside (movement and inside of the caseback) we will be able to give more info.
Very nice watch.

The Italian occupation of Ethiopia during Fascism lasted from 1935‑36 to 1941, while Italian rule in the Horn of Africa (Eritrea and Somalia) was much longer (1880s‑1940s).
Italian officers needed cool watches 😀
