Wow, that's a crazy history lesson for the day! What is rodico made of? I'm sure it's a google search away but I know the OF guys love to pass on knowledge. 😎

Dough balls are great for catfish bait, so one day a watchmaker went fishing and… well, the rest is obvious.

Wait a minute: the baker starts with fresh dough, then bakes it to make bread. Then the watchmaker takes the bread, steams and reduces it to turn it back to dough. Why not skip the baking step?
