If you have more than one Daytona, should it be Daytonas? Which ever it is, those are gorgeous watches! I'd take either one

 

You know, previously I would've said "how silly. Who would own two watches that are so similar?"

Then I got a black dial ceramic Daytona and it is just such an enjoyable watch to wear. Thinner than the maxi cases and just a great overall dial aesthetic. Now I'm eyeing that panda one . . .

If it's me, I would get a 16520 zenith black and a 116500ln white. It's like the best of both worlds.

WOW! I passed on a black dial ceramic and gave it up to a buddy thinking I could not afford both and hoped it would bring me good karma on a white dial. That was 2 years ago and still no phone call on the white dial. Stings every time I see it on his wrist.

Congrats on the 2 daytona's. How long were you on a waiting list?

I'm not a huge fan of the ceramic bezels and will continue to regret selling my 16520 several years back.

 

the white was fast, I was the first to sign up in 2017 when it came out, the black has been recently, after being a good customer of watches and jewelry in an AD.

 

Fantastic pair!! Anyone know why the two tone Daytona is relatively not popular comparing to SS?

 

I’m on a waiting list for one. I prefer the white but my salesman told me to get what ever color they get.
