Thanks for these images. I moved from DC back in 1999. Flying into National always gets my patriotic juices flowing. It's hard to remain cynical faced with that view.

However, I never saw it in this light. Great shots.

Earlier this week in a very quiet Venice.

October, when it was just right in every way imaginable. Best place, period. I miss it so much. But the pictures lift my spirits almost as much as dog, family, a beautiful watch, or playing tennis.
