Here are my two rectangular watches. Total price for both watches was under $100, but I did make a lucky find with one of them. You can find this in antique shops pretty easily in the US.

May I also suggest Eterna? They can be had for reasonable money and look satisfying:

I would look at vintage Bulova as well.

I agree with Bulova. Nice vintage square/rectangular and round watches that won't break the bank. Should be able to find a nice runner for less than $100.

Square watches had a bit of a style renaissance in the 1950s:

To find one of these, try searching for "cioccolatone" watch, from the Italian for chocolate, as in a square of chocolate:

I think any or all of these are going to be outside the price range.

All beautiful examples.

These are very nice examples and I appreciate all the advice! I'm doing more research and just need to find the right one for sale at a reasonable price. Major

Keep an eye on this forum's for sale section in general, and we do have a boatload of vintage square watches we need to get around to posting for sale as we are originally from the NY area which is the epicenter of those style watches 😁

Interesting thread. I've never had a rectangular watch.

Came across this today; no affiliation with the seller, within OP's price range. Source: Chrono24
