identifying a vintage 750 gold omega from 50s/60s

My grandfather gave me this old omega and i'm trying to successfully identify which model is.
Also i found that the serial numbers are on the outside the case and not from the inside, could it be imported from usa(an uncle was from there).

it's a 750 gold watch..i thought it could be a 132.026? no photo on the inside i dont know how to remove the case without make any damage

I'm not aware of any Omega Factory cases with that info on the back in that era.

While markings on the outside of the caseback are similar to the "highway gold" fakes seen in Europe, I don't think it's a fake case.
I suspect it's a locally produced case manufactured in Italy as that's where the OP is from.

What does the 246 means in vertical?
On a Swiss made case, a similar marking with a hammer head shape (and other shapes) instead of a rectangle would identify the maker of the case.
As the origin of this case is so far unknown, the mark could mean anything.
