Identify my bracelet

Hi guys,
I need an extra link for one of my Connies. The clasp is stamped 1192, so I ordered a spare link, 114ST1192 from Otto Frei.
What arrives was definitely a spare link, but it bares no resemblance to the bracelet that I have.

I strongly suspect that sometime in this watch's history (probably very recently, I bought it from Yahoo Auctioons Japan) someone has shoe-horned the wrong clasp onto my bracelet. That's OK. I can live with that. But I would like to wear the watch without the jeopardy of watching my fingers go blue and fall off through lack of circulation.

So my question is, can anyone identify the correct bracelet code please from these photos?

Many thanks!

Assuming that's a 198.0028, 1192 seems to be the correct bracelet for it based on a quick search. Could you post a photo of what you got from Ofrei? Does it look like this?

Yes, that's exactly what I have. Doesn't look anything like the links in the bracelet though. It's much slimmer for starters. If you're saying it's correct, I'll get the screwdriver out and dismantle the existing bracelet end link.

Edit: You're spot on! "he watch is a 198.0028.

Thanks for your help.

I was just trying to make sure that what you received from Ofrei matches the photo I found of the part number you mentioned. I thought the photo I posted looked similar to the bracelet, but I don't know enough to confirm that it's the correct one.

OK, so I finally got the screwdrivers out and I definitely have the wrong part.

Here are some photos of a link from my bracelet (top) and the Otto Frei supplied link (bottom).

On my bracelet the links are joined with spring bars. On the Otto Frei link, the links are screwed together. Very different.
Here's my watch, withthe link I removed for comparison. The clasp clearly reads 1192 / 192.

So the next thing I researched was whether Otto Frei sent the right part. I found this on ebay:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/324464352459

It's an unopened 114 ST 1192 and it's identical to the part that Otto Frei sent.

OK, next job find some more examples of 198.0028 watches and see what bracelet is fitted to them.
Here's one from these pages:

Yup, same as mine.

And another
https://www.ebay.com/itm/405701272005

Again, identical, although we can't read the bracelet & clasp numbers on this, it has the same type of links.

So to summarise:
* My clasp is stamped 1192 / 192.
* My bracelet is the same as other 198.0028 Constellations.
* I ordered a link for 1192 from Otto Frei.
* Looks like Otto Frei did deliver what Omega consider to be a link for a 1192 bracelet.
* The link doesn't fit. Not even close.

Can anyone help please?
