A quick update.. I spotted this on the, 'Recommended vintage OMEGA watches (only) on eBay' page.. and kindly highlighted by Ash

eBay listing described as, 'for parts/overwound'. Simon Freese says, 'there was an obstruction to the train which was removed during the service procedure'.

Pix for the Omega Chronostop Driver 145.010 - Blue dial - back from service.. and cleaned up nicely!

Thanks for those pictures that is great! I'm amazed to see how much simpler the movement is without a second hand and minute totalizer! Still amazing/complicated, but much less complicated than traditional chronographs.
