I think I got this one right

I believe I made the right choice this time. The crown, dial, bracelet and crystal all appear to be original. I even see the Omega emblem on the crystal in one of the photos. I thought I’d share and get everyone who’s willing opinion. Fingers crossed.

Looks nice. A classic Geneve. It’s not pristine but should clean up well. Indeed you can see the logo on the crystal. Will make a perfect daily wear. Be careful with dings and scratches, gold tends to be more prompt to damages, so wear with good care!

Thank you for the comments, I’ll definitely be careful with this one. I’m really happy to hear someone else from the group letting me know. My first attempt at a nice purchase was a mistake in knowledge. Thanks to you folks I’ve learned a few things to look for.

Its not a Geneve, its a Seamaster Deville, probably 166.020 cal 563 or 565, they open from front need watchmaker to open it- its a good classic watch if you are planning to wear regularly I would have movement service by independent watchmaker with Omega parts account. Nice watch enjoy.

I appreciate your reply. The previous responder did miss name the watch. I knew it was a Seamaster De Ville as I bought a poor representation prior to this one. I mean everyone was like nope pass, I was like oops to late. So I learned and listened about crowns, crystals and redials. It’s a lot to take in when it comes to the purity some are looking for.
