Hi everybody,

Looking for a new watch in the near future. I had the chance to see the new Aqua Terra green and the diver 300m.

Really unsure which one. I have no diver in my collection at the moment. Just two Speedis馃槈

I like them both. What do you think?

I opened this thread expecting to type that it鈥檚 the 300M....but for my eyes at least, the green AT suits you much better.

Disclaimer: I am colour blind and I think you鈥檙e wearing a green jumper. Anyhow, the case shape looks better IMHO (and that鈥檚 coming from a 300M owner).

The AT. I鈥檓 not a fan of the wave pattern and the big He valve on the diver. If it was the previous generation diver it鈥檇 be a harder choice (I own that in black) but out of this selection, definitely the AT. Could easily be dressed down with a strap instead of the bracelet (whereas I don鈥檛 think the opposite is true of the diver).

Between those two i would go with the SMP. I also think it would be more versatile considering your current collection.

I vote the AT but how are you with non standard color dials?

I have a professional moonwatch. So thought a bit for color would be great.

They both look good - maybe you would need to sell one of the two speedies if you went with the smp. If you want color and dress in your collection then the choice is obvious.

I do think in those pictures the smp looks better but pretty sure it is partly due to the lighting and your green jacket. What size is your wrist? A little over 7? I think the smp looks like a better fit size wise than the aqua terra on you but can鈥檛 go wrong either way. Probably gonna be hard to get as good of a discount on the AT given it is a newer model.

An AT, a speedie and a smp sounds harmonious if you could swing it. Would require some buying and selling.

My wrist is 17,5 cm so nearly 7 inch. Not so big

Personally, I鈥檇 go smp here, but blue given you have the speedy.

I do like the aqua terra but am not a fan of the green after I tried it on. If I was going AT I鈥檇 probably look at the blue dial which to my mind might be a little more versatile.

I'm one of those crazy ones who prefer to only have one watch per time. Although the Seamaster 300 is really nice I prefer the Aqua Terra to it since it is a bit more versatile when it comes to be both dressy and sporty.

Did you try the smp on the metal bracelet - it is fairly heavy

blue is the hot color of the moment.
blue is the HAWT HAWT color of the moment on steel watches.

Just ask yourself am I going to like this color later - like green Rollie hulks or GS forests

I just would take the smp on the rubber. I don't like the look of the the bracelet.

Yeah, have to try the blue one too. Would be great to try one in 38mm. Maybe the size looks better;-)

the aqua terra looks better on your hand, the SMP also looks great but the Aqua terra looks more natural on your wrist.
