Almost done...
Hands have arrived. I just need to put them in. Also I need to add the proper crown. Strap also arrived. Let me know what you think. I understand it is not for everyone.

The case manufacturer has the design for ETA movements as samples for the large manufactures. I was able to get my hands on one.

RGM might also be able to help with a dial, although it would not be inexpensive. However, it'll match the look you're going for.

路I spent years back in the 1990s studying enamel painting. Every Saturday for months on end when the class was in session.
Here it is 30 years later and I have yet to make a decent dial. It is way harder than it looks. Getting the base coat on without warping was a start. There is a lot of grinding and polishing involved.
Note that the pictures show cloisonne not watch dials.
Of course there are people who do specialize in this art. Everything has a cost and such would not be cheap.
